Erlea sobbed as she knelt in the honey. The smell of burning paper and wax flooded around her. She could see clouds of it already filling the now empty Queen's Chamber beyond the opening.

It had been hours since Saroia's death. Hours of having her body wracked with pleasure and desire. An eternity of being unable to do anything but stare out into the darkness of the now abandoned Queen's Chamber. Her mind kept playing over the scene, picking out details as she fought the horror of her mentor's death with the biological desire to have the same done to her. She hated herself for wanting it.

She also hated Billie. More than anyone else living in the world, she blames the beetle girl for not letting her fight with Saroia. It was a doomed fight, she knew, but she was sick that she couldn't have thrown herself at Cararas in the hopes of getting in the lucky blow that would have save the queen and the hive.

She moaned softly as she thought about his cock. Her mind always came back to it as she imagined herself being raped to death on it. Her pussy squelched with her desires, the thick river of juices from excitement continued to splatter from her pussy as she was forced to kneel in torturous pleasure.

Billie groaned and her grip on Erlea's wings grew slack. The long hours had taken their toll on the armored woman also. She started to nod off to sleep almost an hour ago, but unlike Erlea who couldn't sleep with her pussy pulsating with a need for cock, Billie was drifting off.

A faint snarl curled Erlea's lip. Through the lust-filled fog that swirled through her stunned mind, she already knew how she would reward the beetle girl from keeping Erlea from fighting Saroia. The energies in her body had already shifted to fire a deadly RKA, a slowly gathering power that would tear even the strongest of armor apart.

Billie moaned and tilted. One hand slipped from Erlea's wing and she slumped forward, her small breasts grinding into the bee's wing joint as her chin rested on her shoulder. The soft groans of sleep washed over Erlea's ear.

It took all of Erlea's willpower not to lash out. It would take only one tightened grip to stun her again. She couldn't afford to risk it, she had to kill Billie before the fighter woke up; they were all weak from the fight.

She moaned as a pulse of heat flooded through her. She let her mind drift through fantasies of sex and violence.

Then Billie's other hand slipped from her wing. She slumped harder against Erlea's back, then rolled to the side to land on her back in the shallow puddle of honey underneath them.

Without the pressure pinning her down, Erlea's senses came back quickly. She let out a soft moan as the throb in her cunt faded and she felt her pussy once again tightening into a thin line.

Heart pounding in her chest, she leaned forward to get on her hands and knees. Crawling a few steps, she turned and looked at the woman who stopped her.

Billie was almost in a fetal position, her bare breasts and stomach clearly exposed. It was the perfect place to strike.

Erlea held her breath as she crawled forward. Her wings fluttered above her, stretching to reminder that she wasn't bound anymore. The freedom brought a rush to her veins, one that matched the energy rising up.

Stopping in front of Billie, she held out her hand. Energy gathered around it, tracing delicate veins of power that coursed from the fading heat in her cunt, up her spine, and down her arm. The energy pulsed dimly but quickly gathered into a tiny sphere of killing forward.

The light spread out across the chamber, shining off the honey and the curled-up form of Miere in the corner.

Seeing her lover, Erlea hesitated.

Miere's shoulders were shaking. Her head was ducked down but it was obvious that she was crying. Maybe for as long as Erlea had been caught by Billie's betrayal.

The sight of her lover struck her. They were the last bees of the hive. There was no queen, no more fighters. Just a bee with a goblin affinity and a crafter.

Slowly, Erlea looked back at Billie. Tears burned in her eyes as she found that she couldn't do it. The hours of hatred and anger, the constant memories of Saroia's sacrifice, and even the smell of the burning hive were there because of the beetle girl and Saroia's command. Billie obeyed knowing that someone was going to die. Saroia died to save the three of them. What would Erlea be if she ignored both of their sacrifice?

She shook her head and tried to push it aside. Miere and she would survive without the Kever warrior. They would because they had to. They had to avenge the hive.

Billie's eyes slowly opened, the two points bright in the light of Erlea's killing blade.

Erlea tensed, waiting for Billie to form a weapon with her hands.

“I won't blame you,” whispered Billie.

A choked out sob ripped out of Erlea's throat. “Damn you! You… you….”

“I know,” the beetle girl whispered. “I know what I did. I will never forget, I swear.”

Erlea held up the gathering energy, fighting with the urge to lash out and kill the unresisting woman or to let it go. Everything she had planned while watching crumbled.

With another sob, she lowered her hand. The energies dissipated with a sizzle. Tears rolling down her cheeks, she sat back on her heels. “I… I'm sorry.”

Billie sat up. She sighed but said nothing.

They stared at each other, the silence stretching painfully between them. Erlea struggled with her anger and frustration. She knew it wasn't Billie's fault but her heart still blamed the beetle girl for everything. Sniffing, she looked over at the hole in the chamber where smoke was billowing dangerously close to the top edge.

She had to do something about that first. Without a word, she crawled over to Miere. Her wings beat slowly as she did, blowing air around her and keeping clear of the sticky honey.

When she slipped an arm around her lover's waist, Miere looked up with red-rimmed eyes.

“Erlea? Erlea!” She flung herself into Erlea, hugging tightly. “I couldn't do anything. I w-wanted to but I couldn't.” Her soft lips peppered Erlea's, sweet and soft.

Erlea closed her eyes as desires fought with anger and her need for survival. Finally, she broke free. “I know, but right now, we need you.”

“M-Me?”

She gestured over at the entrance. “The hive is on fire and smoke is coming down. If it fills this chamber, we're going to suffocate. I need you to block it off and harden the walls to survive flames. Can you do that, Love?”

Miere nodded. “I-I can.”

“Good, Bee.” Erlea kissed her on the lips before pulling away.

Miere staggered to her feet and headed over to the opening. Her hands began to glow as the paper and wax began to flow underneath her control.

Erlea noticed Billie watching her. A feeling of betrayal rose up but she pushed it aside. The hive came first, even if it was destroyed. Turning around, she got on her knees so her wings could flutter. It took her a moment to find the words. “We are going to kill Cararas.”

Billie nodded, some of the tension leaving her shoulders.

“I don't know how, but we're going to do what Saroia said. Once the hive burns and we get out, we're going to head over to the other cities, kill every fucking monster we encounter, and do everything we can to find some way to blow that bastard out of existence.” Her wings were beating faster, buzzing with her growing anger. Wisps of smoke swirled around her as energy crackled along her arms.

The beetle girl grinned. “I can follow that. To the ends of the world and beyond, I will help you.”

Erlea's wings were buzzing angrily now, beating against the air and splattering honey everywhere. Her breasts heaved as she struggled with the surge of hatred that burned through her veins. She clenched her hand tightly as the killing energy gathered. “We are going to destroy the Shucks. Not just kill Cararas, not just save the hive. We are going to wipe those monsters from the face of existence and make sure they never hurt another bee again!”
