This is a pretty heft chapter that I split off from the previous one. And then spent way too long rewriting it because I thought a living spitting of Sonja's next victim needed a few more details here and there. And a lot more sex with the penultimate victim.
I also tied a bit more of the back story into this, including a few flashes of Betty's true nature and why she wasn't panicking when she woke up naked in the basement of her nemesis.
