Kila finally found a lover, a wonderful female dragon named Alixter who was also her friend for years. But, to her horror, Alixter had a choice when she was attack by a curse, save herself or save her unborn children. It wasn't a choice for Alixter, but it forced Kila to make a choice herself: how to save the children now that her lover is dying.
